New Chardonnay Association of South Africa launched

Chardonnay in South Africa has experienced significant growth and acclaim in recent years, positioning itself as one of the country's leading white wine varietals.

For 15 years, the Chardonnay Forum has shared knowledge, technology and enabled fellow Chardonnay producers to network. This Forum has evolved and the new Chardonnay Association of South Africa was established in August 2024, with the official launch held at a high profile event at Jordan Wine Estate in November last year.
